The card in
their pocket
should say
your name.
Not ours.

Cupster runs the whole loyalty programme — stamp cards, rewards, the till integration — under your shop’s name, on your shop’s address, in your shop’s colours. Your customers never see us.

An example shop. The colours, the corners and the typeface were all read off its own website during setup — nothing here was chosen by us.

One screen.
Every shop’s
own face.

Paste your website address and Cupster reads what is already there: the logo, the photographs, the palette in your stylesheet, your social links. It proposes a full accessible theme — colours, heading typeface, corner geometry — and every part of it stays editable. It will never rewrite your words.

At the counter

Four steps, and only
the first one is new.

A loyalty programme that needs its own screen at the till does not survive a Saturday morning queue. So Cupster teaches your POS who the customer is, once, and then gets out of the way.

Sales with nobody on the ticket get counted too. They earn nothing — they are the denominator, and without them we could not honestly tell you what share of your trade the programme actually reaches.

Stamps, not points
Coffee loyalty is a count of cups, not a percentage of spend. Ten flat whites, then one on us. Points still exist if you want them, and switch off entirely if you do not.
Walk-ins included
Someone with no account can be signed up from a phone number at the till. When they make an account later, the stamps they have already collected are waiting for them.
One token, no developer account
Connect Loyverse by pasting an access token from your own back office. Nothing to register, nothing to approve. Your card lives at yourshop.cupster.co.za on day one.

One number, then never again

  1. They give their numberThe cashier types it once, on any phone or tablet. That enrols them — there is no sign-up form at the counter, and nothing for them to have on them.
  2. Your till learns themWe write them into your Loyverse customer list, number and all, so the POS now knows who they are.
  3. Every visit after, it is just the tillYour POS finds them natively — the cashier searches the number they just recited. No Cupster screen, no new habit for the barista.
  4. The receipt does the restLoyverse tells us the sale happened, we score it against their card, and the stamp lands before they have found a seat.
